  • VANMAHOTSAVA CELEBRATION

On 8 July, 2019 the students of the the Eco Club celebrated Vanmahotsava day. During their CCA periods they had made posters and slogans on the theme “GREEN REVOLUTION”. On same day they planted saplings of different types of plants and tree in the school premises. Our Principal sir encouraged the children by planting the first herbal sapling in the school premises. The students also tried to motivate the general public by chanting slogans on the need to save trees. The teachers also motivated them to own the trees and take care of them. Students were very delighted to do their bit to save trees in order to make the earth greener. School has initiated a small step to create and develop awareness and a sense of ecological environment among our students. It is also a noble responsibility to inculcate the benefits of raising plantation, HERBAL GARDEN “ GARDEN OF HERBS” etc in a student’s mind and to take different biodiversity improvement measures through different activities of our eco-club. It’s the time of the year to renew our commitment of transforming every child under our aegis into an all-rounder. You know that the whole country is under nationwide lockdown. In this trying and testing time, we are not able to meet our beloved students but this will not deter us from working towards our commitments. Let’s make this quarantine time effective in the interest of continuous growth and learning of the students. We would ensure that academics and learning isn’t put to a halt. For this we have been using various digital platforms and we have started online classes for the students of classes I to XII.
